Hello. We’re Cortney and Erik Olson.
For a long time, we did the best we could to raise a family, work “normal” jobs, and pay the bills. But after finding ourselves empty nesters, we realized it was time for a change. We needed a reset, to live a little slower, and embrace new adventures. So we rented out our Idaho home and cyclotoured across the United States for nearly a year.
Now that we’re back, we’re getting reacclimated to our old life at home. But we’re carrying with us all the fresh perspectives and experiences we picked up on the road. We’re still not ultra athletes and we’re not out to break any land-speed or distance records. We’re just looking to do more of the things we love at a proper “party pace.” Especially using our own power (bike, hike, paddle, etc.) to get to there.
